Corrections, disputes, and removals

Atlanta Georgia Matchmaking Services Guide is an independent directory of matchmaking businesses in the Atlanta area. We build listings from publicly available business information and calculate scores by applying a single, fixed rubric to all Google reviews for each business. Listing your business is free, and payment has no bearing on your score or ranking. This page explains how to request corrections to your factual details, challenge a score through a data review, or ask for your listing to be removed. See ranking method for the full scoring rubric.

Fixing your business details

Your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services list can be corrected when you provide the correct information along with proof. We accept verification through your website, your Google Business Profile, or similar official sources. Once applied, corrections stay in place through all future data updates.

Challenging your score

Scores are never adjusted by hand. If you believe your score is wrong, the issue is almost always in the input data. A dispute might mean your listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews from another business got mixed in with yours, or a summary of reviewers' comments is inaccurate. We re-examine the sources and rebuild your listing. Disputes are not requests for a higher number. We look at whether the data is correct.

Removing your listing

Listings are removed if your business is permanently closed, if the listing is a duplicate of another entry, or if the business falls outside the scope of this directory. Our monthly re-verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request will be declined, and you will be told why.

How fast we respond

Every request gets a response within 5 business days. If your removal is approved, it happens within 7 days. If we decline your request, you get the reason.
